First Troma gave us Mother’s Day, a revamp of their 80’s classic directed by Darren Lynn Bousman. Now, later this summer, they’ll try to traumatize all fathers’ out there with Father’s Day, by Astron-6.
In Father’s Day, a psychotic killer rapist is on the loose, with a special fondness for daddy meat. However, there’s one guy out there, who is willing to do whatever it takes, to send that nutcase bastard deep into the pits of hell!
Have a look at the trailer below, which I think looks stunning, apart from the added film grain effect, which doesn’t feel realistic or adds any atmosphere to it. Also, don’t miss the bad ass looking poster, designed by the award-winning poster artist Thomas Hodge, as well.

Father’s Day is slated to assault our theaters around June 19, sending a welcomed chill down all fathers’ spines, in the process.

wow wow….wow, this just keeps getting better, saw the trailer awhile back, got excited, now seeing the poster, I am pumped…when I get to see this movie, i’m probably going to jump through the screen because of the awesomeness! lol
