Jeffrey Dean Morgan plays John Winchester, the father of Sam and Dean Winchester.
The character John Winchester has appeared in 13 episodes. However, in an interview Jeffrey said that he would call Eric Kripke (the creator of Supernatural) and beg him to find a way to include his character in the show, once again. So how knows, maybe he will reappear in the upcoming season.
The 43 years old Jeffrey Dean Morgan began is acting career back in 1992 with his role as Sharkey in the thriller, Uncaged. Since then a majority of his appearances has been in various television shows.
At the same time as Morgan was filming Supernatural, he also did the role as Denny Duquette in the show, “Grey’s Anatomy”.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan also played The Comedian in the action adventure, “Watchmen”.
